Listening Hands

What is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy?

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, hands-on practice that grew out of the osteopathic tradition. I use a light, listening touch, attending to the quiet movements that run through every living body.

Rather than imposing change from outside, the work follows what your body is already doing. In a quiet, unhurried setting, your system has the space to settle, release tension, and find its way back to itself.

Sessions are restful. They help with chronic pain, stress, recovery from illness and injury, emotional overwhelm, and the layers of tension that settle in over time. I work with adults of all ages.

What to expect

1

Before your session

We'll start with a short conversation: your health history, what's bringing you in, anything you want to ask. You stay fully clothed the whole time.

2

During the session

You lie on a treatment table while I place my hands lightly on different parts of your body. Most people feel a slow settling: warmth, gentle movement, and deep rest.

3

After your session

People leave relaxed, often quietly different. The body carries on processing for a day or two. Drink plenty of water and give yourself a quiet evening if you can.
