Listening Hands

Craniosacral therapy for general wellbeing

Get in touch

Many people come for craniosacral therapy not because something is wrong, but because they want to feel more like themselves: grounded, present, able to meet the week without running on empty.

The work supports your body's capacity for balance. Regular sessions help you stay well, manage everyday pressure more easily, and keep a sense of ground even when things are busy.

How BCST can help

Building resilience

Regular sessions help the nervous system become more adaptable, so you can meet stress and change without getting swept away.

Staying in balance

Small tensions accumulate without us noticing. Regular sessions give the body a chance to release what it's holding and come back to itself.

Listening to the body

People often find sessions sharpen their own sense of what's going on in the body: noticing tension earlier, responding before it lands.

More room to live

When the body is at ease and the nervous system is settled, energy moves more freely. People report feeling more rested, more alive, more present.

What to expect

Sessions are quiet and unhurried. You stay fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table while I place my hands lightly on different parts of your body. There is no manipulation, no cracking, no deep pressure. Many people are surprised by how much can move through such gentle contact.

There is no minimum commitment for this kind of work. Some people come for a series of sessions, others drop in when they need it. The work meets you wherever you are.
